Jim,

I was at the above location today, and noticed a new orange cable coming from your new pedestal on the northwest corner of the intersection.  This cable runs to the north, then crosses
Woodway to a pedestal on the south side of the Loos parking lot entrance.  What is this cable, and will it be put underground at some point?  This work would require a new ROW permit.
