As our contractor was excavating for pavement sub-grade on the south side of Spring Valley at the Glenwood Apt entrance, they uncovered and damaged the conduits that cross Spring Valley.
 Apparently when it was put in, they came up too soon, and the conduit is in the new sub-grade.  These were mistakenly reported as being Time Warner, but they have come out and identified
them as Charter.  I talked to Weldon with C&C on Beltway, but he could not give me your phone number, so I am emailing you to request emergency response to repair/relocate the conduits
that are in conflict with our pavement work.  There is a crew there as I write this to repair a service cable at the apartments, and C&C is on Beltway for that cable bury job.  The road
contractor needs to pour that pavement this week, so if it is possible to address this today, or tomorrow at the latest, that will be a great help, and allow for your crews to fix it
to your standards.  I apologize for the late notice, but unfortunately, these were thought to be TWC originally.
