Per our discussion this morning with Tom Lamberth, I have completed an area calculation of the additional Turf grass to be added to the Vitruvian Way Extension (phase 1E) project.  I
calculate an additional 33,524 SF of Turf Grass to be added and all of the Hydromulch seeding (in the Phase1E portion) 44,795 SF to be removed.  I believe all of the Hydromulch seeding
can be removed from VWE Phase 1E, because it is all south of the Lemmon’s south driveway and has not been completed.  Please see the attached exhibit showing these areas.

 

The additional turf grass sod would be 33,524 SF*$0.40/SF = $13,410 minus 44,795 SF*$0.10/SF = $4,480 resulting in a $8930.00 add to the contract.

 

If this amount is acceptable to you and Tom, I will proceed with a revised drawing showing the change.  Please let me know.
