Whitney it is my understanding that DISD will cut the Town a check for the $300,000 now that a bid has been awarded for the George H.W. Bush Elementary landscaping, playgrounds and learning
garden.  I attached the Interlocal Agreement for your reference.  After the sewer line is deducted from the $300,000, the remaining funds will need to be placed in the Bush Elementary
and Redding Trail Extension Capital Projects account.  Please see Section II "Districts Scope".
