Yes I will have this re-staked, I am meeting with my surveyor today. For now lets hold off on Friday’s install until the staking is in place

I will have North Texas Erosion revise and resubmit the SWIPP/NOI

I will have a project schedule prepared by next week

	1.    Chris Ron Lee informed me that some of the staking along the east Oncor easement boundary are missing.  With this in mind I recommend that you have this boundary line re-staked
by a surveyor (see SP-26 Construction Staking).  This may delay installation of the temporary fencing.    TBG used Huitt Zollars for the survey, so Mark Meyer or Seth Atwell can give
you the contact information if you choose to use them for re-staking the boundary.  I suggest that the staking location be painted on the ground in case someone from Greenhill removes
them.
	
	
	2.    On a different note, I reviewed your SWPPP NOI last night and found some information that will need to be revised.  4(a) needs to be changed to Farmers Branch Creek, not White
Rock Creek.  4(b) should be revised to 0822, not 0827A.  I took my information of the NOI the Town submitted for the Spring Valley Road Project.
	
	
	3.    I will discuss the tree protection fencing with TBG to see if we are comfortable using the orange fencing instead of chain link and will get back to you today.
	
	
	4.    Finally please see SP-11 Pre-Construction Conference – At next week’s meeting, please submit schedules showing the sequencing and progress of your work, so we can determine a
final schedule of work.  Typically we use the date of the Notice to Proceed as the official start date for the work.

	Kathy with Cain fence is scheduled for Friday around 10am to install temp fence along the Greenhill side of the project.
	Please let me know if Greenhill will have a representative onsite to help coordinate.
	You indicated this was something Greenhill needed to be involved in.
	
	I will be there and intend on installing 6ft South of the light poles. I have called dig tess however if Ron wanted to mark anything with me please let me know.
