Karla thank you for meeting with us yesterday to discuss funding for the Town’s projects.  I have attached a spreadsheet that shows the items the Town is requesting NCTCOG  to fund for
the Bush Elementary and Redding Trail Extension Project.  The lowest bid with alternates totals $828,870.95.  The Town’s match would be $478,870.95, and NCTCOG’s share would be $350,000
according to the items highlighted in green on the spreadsheet.  As we discussed yesterday, I removed  the items relating to the playgrounds, learning garden and the school campus irrigation.

 

After you have had a chance to review the numbers, please let me know if there are any of the highlighted items NCTCOG will not fund.  We intend to place the contract on the December
14 City Council agenda for approval.  Please let me know if you need additional information.
