Good afternoon:

 

Your firm has been identified by the Town of Addison as a firm we would like to solicit a quotation from for the attached plan set.  The Town previously constructed Spectrum Road (approximately
2003) and did not at that time complete the follow-up inspection for TDLR.  The Town is seeking a contractor to complete the identified items to get the project into compliance.  Please
submit all quotations to the attention of Alison Ream at aream@addisontx.gov.  We have attached a spreadsheet that you can use to submit your quote if you like.  We appreciate your interest
in providing these quotes.  Please also respond if you are not interested in providing a quote at this time as this helps us with our record keeping.   We request that quotes submitted
be received by December 15th at 4:00 pm.   The Town is prepared to execute a contract and begin work promptly once a low bidder is identified.
