We are currently bidding the Spectrum Drive ADA revisions.  Bid opening is set for this Friday.  It will be awarded on January 11, 2011.  We anticipate that it will be complete by March,
2011.  Is it possible to get a 60-90 day extension from the State?  If so, what is involved?
