Revised plans are attached. It looks like AT&T has lines running under the street lights. The alternate shallow light foundation shown on the Spectrum plans may be needed. The contractor
will have to work around the utilities during construction.

Chris,
I have attached some very minor comments as well as details for street and pedestrian light foundations. Please revise and resend the plans.
- Would you like us to have DIGTESS locate utilities at the new light pole locations and show them on the plan? The SNK project had several franchise utilities in the sidewalk.
Also, I would like to meet this week and wrap up a few items:
1. Addison Walk review
- Final comment: GRADING PLAN C-5.0 - Show a ridge line and drainage arrows to assure that parking lot grades are constructed to match the proposed drainage divided. See attached
sketch.
2. Final comments on Keller Springs & Addison Road
- We don’t have any comments beyond those in Bruce’s email sent out on 9/6. I can review them with you during our meeting if you would like.
3. Standard Details and such
- Details will be complete prior to our meeting.

Clay,
The Spectrum sidewalk plans are attached.
We looked at ways to avoid moving the pedestrian button at the northeast corner Spectrum and Addison Road. The sidewalk repairs would be a little more extensive and there would be slopes
down the button landing that may be undesirable. Please let me know if you are interested in discussing this further. If the cost of moving the button is minor, then I believe the
replacement plan we currently have works best.
As previously discussed, we found some sidewalks with cross slopes greater that 2%. However, we have only shown to correct areas specifically noted in the report. I suspect some leniency
was granted due to the large sidewalk width.
Please let me know if you would like some full size plans to review or if you have any questions. Have a great weekend.
