We spoke with Robert Posey at TDLR.  They have granted an extension until May 15.  I have attached a copy of our correspondence.  We should be complete in March.  I will contact you
at that time for reinspection/submission of the needed documentation.

The 270 days allowed for this correction will end January 1, 2011.  I think we have emailed regarding this recently.  Fred suggests that you complete the attached form and check box
B with a projected date of completion.  Hopefully, the state will acknowledge this.  But it is better to send a response that says you are working on it than to let them receive the
file without any response.  Please forward the response to me by January1, 2011.
