I have received the plans, so we can hold that meeting with Ron & Lea at any time.

 

It is probably preferable to put together a short plan & spec book.  I will ask Chris how much that would cost and if it is in the budget.

I would rather not have lump sum but will defer to your preference.  What do you prefer?

The Spectrum Drive plans are complete.  Grantham is going to submit a set of plans and a CD with PDFs for bidding purposes.  The cost will likely exceed $25,000 although probably not
by much.  Do you want to bid it lump sum or go ahead and prepare a spec book?
