Attached is a draft of a proposed construction management agreement for a subphase of Phase 1.

There are blanks to be filled in for the subphase of development that is being constructed.  Also to be filled in are blanks in Section 2 regarding the costs of engineering, construction
management, and testing services for the subphase, as well as the balance remaining to pay toward the construction contract.

The name of the contractor to construct the improvements is also needed.  As drafted, the engineer is shown as Icon Consulting Engineers, Inc.  If that not correct, that also will need
to be changed.  This agreement assumes that there are sufficient Town funds to perform the construction work, and that UDR will not need to pay anything toward the work.
