Clay,

You asked me about the process for vacating a plat.  The Local Government Code sets out the standards for platting in Chapter 212.  I have attached the sections that deal with vacating
a plat.  If UDR wanted to vacate a plat, and then plat anew, they could run those on the same agenda.  We would put the vacating plat first on the agenda and then they could put the
new plat as the next item.
