Ok. I’ll change #87 back. 

 

The vault issue is going to be trickier. There are several issues here:

 

1.       The lid was not installed per the elevations shown on sheet 10. If we leave as is, the lid will stick up 3” higher than the curb right next to it.

2.       The Oncor comment was wrong. We have two other vaults onsite that were installed on a slope and were approved by Oncor (at least that is what I’m told).

3.       Your contract is with the Town of Addison, not Oncor. Oncor is not authorized to change our plans and any change they request has to be approved by the Town, UDR and ICON.

 

Lastly, I marked the completion down so that we would not have to hold up your entire pay application while we wait on Oncor and ICON to work this out. So we have two choices here, accept
the 90% and allow me to process the entire app or hold the whole thing up for a week while the issue is being worked out.

I corrected item #87 and reduced #95 to 90%. I had to do this reduction because the lid was not installed per the plans and we are still awaiting Oncor/ICON direction on the fix (if
there is going to be one).

I am working on the pay application and noticed on Item 87 that we exceeded the amount in the contract.  Is this correct?  If so I will go ahead and overrun the quantity and we can add
