Regarding the construction management agreement for Bella Lane, I wasn’t in town when that item was placed on the March 22, 2011 Council agenda. I looked at that agenda, and there was
included a form of a construction management agreement that I had not reviewed. Do you know if that has been signed?

Regarding the Master Facilities Agreement, I don’t think there is a Third Amendment. I’m only aware of a Second Amendment that was approved, I believe, last November. Is that what
you’re referring to?
Regarding the construction management agreement for Bella, let me check on the status of that and I will get back with you (that agreement was approved by the Council at its March 22,
2011 meeting).

Just in case you have not seen it already, I wanted you to have a copy of the following email from Tom to Clay. I responded to my client immediately upon receiving the 1st draft of
the License Agreement, made my comments, called the client and sent it to him. I've checked back with him repeatedly since and will do so again.
In the meantime, would you please forward electronic copies of the final executed Third Amendment to the Master Facilities Agreement and the proposed signature draft of the most recent
Assignment of and Construction Management Contract. I do not believe either side has ever signed the agreement concerning Belle Ave. That matter was approved by Addison's City Council
weeks ago.

Attached is an agreement that we have been attempting to get approved by Leonard for some time. The Town of Addison needs the repeater in order to communicate with the signal installed
with Vitruvian Way. If we cannot mount the repeater on the roof of Savoy, then we will need to install a strain pole in the median around the grotto fountain. If you could have Leonard
