Robert,

 

I believe we are all open to you self-performing the paving out here. That being said, if the finish of the concrete turns out to look anything like the Henderson St project you completed
over in Fort Worth, it will be rejected, torn out and replaced. I can absolutely assure you of that.

 

Take a look at the attached and let us know how you plan on addressing the finishing issues so that our Bella Lane doesn’t look like Henderson.

We have completed additional machine paving pours with our new PF2700 paver. We would like to ask you to entertain allowing me to take you to look at the completed work as well as possibly
watching our paving operation during a pour. I ask this as an opportunity to show the quality of work we do in-house and to make the pitch that we will provide you as good or better
final product than our planned subcontractor or any other subcontractor might. Please consider this. Our next planned pour is for Friday or Monday weather permitting. Please let me know.
