Brian,

 

I think we need to anticipate that we would have an easement for any items necessary to protect the bridge structure.  Any additional working area would be done by an agreement.  There
may also already be easements for drainage/floodway in place, but this is something that would need to be researched.

Clay:  Do you anticipate having an easement for the improvements since the improvements will most likely extend off-site?  Or do you plan to handle it with some sort of letter agreement,
etc?  For an easement, we'll need to tie property corners.

Have you had a chance yet to speak with Stan about what his thoughts are about most likely having to get into jurisdictional waters again at the upstream end in order to get everything
tied back in at the Bella abutments?  That's the only unknown for us at this point as far a level of involvement and submittals to them in order to do that.  We can make assumptions,
but if he continues to be willing to work with UDR and the Town, it may save quite a bit of effort.
