Eric,
 
Dave and I need these reports before we can make the waterlines live.  This line we needed to flush since it had been sitting stagnant for three days.  Mark with CPS and I loaded their
water wagon twice (10,000 gallons) this afternoon and this was enough flushing to get TOA system chlorine residual to the end of the line.  This line is now in service for CPS to use
during fill operation at the end of Ponte.
