Clay,

Upon observation of the removed concrete paving it is nearly impossible to tell where the cold joint is.  When CPS removed the concrete panels they dropped each sawn block to break these
blocks into smaller more manageable pieces.  This left no blocks intact to verify if there is a cold joint.  CPS has also stockpiled the concrete blocks instead of laying them out in
an organized group to recreate the paving section.  The sawn edge that remains did not have the saw slurry cleaned from the edge.  This would be the only other area to check for the
cold joint.
