It is a smaller street in Vitruvian Park, but not unsimilar to the other streets we have been doing there (i.e. Oncor ductbank, AT&T, water, sewer, storm, street lighting, etc.).  The
cost estimate is roughly $1.2 million.  Plans are available via BidSync.  I do have a few I am willing to part with for you all.  Still have to charge $125 though.  Let me know if you
are interested.
