As per your directive we have processed payment for the remaining may invoice to John burn. We have found the problem with HT. The payments go to Chicago. We have changed their address
in our system. Please consider releasing our payment as we have met all of your conditions

	I have spoken with HD Supply.  They have confirmed that they received payment yesterday for May.

	 

	Two issues remain:

	1.       As you are aware, there is still an outstanding payment to John Burns Construction.  This will need to be resolved before I can release payment.

	2.       Highway Technologies has informed me that they still have not received the check that was mailed on July 12, which they should have received by now.  Can you contact them and
