I am sending this for information only. Although the total excavation required esceeds the plan quantity in the bid the net non fluff export is rteduced so as far as CPS Civil goes there is no cost ramification due to the variance in grade from the plans and the existing conditions. Please confirm" Proposed Solution Attached Files cut_fill_takeoff_actual_existing_conditions.xls existing_conditions_per_survey.pdf Section: 2 - Sitework Int. Hudson Site came from BM1 and checked into BM2. The elevations on the "existing conditions survey"pdf are from the ROW stakes that Hudson Site Survey set at 100' intervals, roughly. They are not for the boc, so they are not sure what the grades are being compared to. Please send us a CAD file of the Hudson survey information. We will forward a CAD file of our survey work back to you for comparison. The grades that were written on the ROW stakes were to the existing grade and not any proposed grades. See attached CAD files used for comparison. I do not need those, I have them. The bench mark data shown on the plans is over on Marsh Lane (2500 feet away). A bench loop should have been run from them to the site. I am asking for the descriptions and elevations of the local bench marks the surveyor is using for construction staking. We must be on the same page for the survey work or everything you install may affect the adjacent future development. I need a file from your surveyor that contains x,y,z (or n,e,el) coordinates and the local bench mark data they used to put the stake in the ground and determine the elevation.
