My understanding is that we need a single cleanout just to insure that the line is clean within the easement limits.

I don’t think there are any tenant finish out plans out yet that will locate the grease trap. We will stay w/ the 6” and add a MH. We shouldn’t need a c.o. at the easement line should

That would be correct except that all non-residential services must be 6”.  I meant a grease trap.  Are they looking to put one in now?

I’ll check w/ our MEP to see if a 4” service is ok. We won’t need a manhole then. Is that correct? I don’t think so- probably a grease trap at some point.

We require a manhole be located at all 6” taps.  Other than this, it looks good.  Are they going to place a separator near the end of the line?

Clay, per our meeting yesterday, I have revised the plans to reflect the deletion of the trench drain and have added the 6”s.s. lateral that we discussed. I also updated the pavement
replacement detail to add backfill compaction requirements. Please take a quick look and if all is ok, I will forward 5 copies of each sheet to you.
