The Bellbrook review is attached.  

 

I noted that water, sewer, dimensional control, and erosion control plans weren’t provided.  I wasn’t sure if these were actually required for residential construction. 

 

As we discussed, I don’t think they have adequately addressed the run-off that appears to be coming from the lot to the west.
