I revised the grading and the inlet locations at the rear of the property as discussed in our meeting last Thursday. 2. I isolated the off-site water in an SDR-35 PVC pipe flowing parallel with the north property line. I cut the driveway to the garage back so that the storm water will flow unimpeded down the flume created by the base of the retaining wall. 3. I added pop-up valves and 20 L.F. of perforated pipe at the end of each drain pipe. I added a detail of the trench for the perforated pipe. 4. I removed the stone facing from the retaining wall details.
