Joe,

 

There has been an interest expressed on the part of Million Air to utilize the SWPPP that the airport has.  If this is permitted Addison Airport would be required to modify their SWPPP
to include the erosion control measures needed for this construction and would be responsible for the maintenance of those structures.  It should also be noted that both EHOAA and Exechangar
submitted separate SWPPP plans for their construction and I am not aware of another development on the airport that exceeded the one acre of disturbed area requirement.

 

Please let me if Million Air is authorized to utilize the SWPPP for Addison Airport or if Million Air will need to obtain a separate SWPPP for their development.
