Million Air requested a meeting at 2:00 today to discuss the rock that was present at the site. Joe McAnally and I met with them. They requested to be able to use the alternate paving
section that was utilized on Exechangar. Below is a summary of the meeting.

Thank you for meeting with Joe and I this afternoon. As we discussed at the Million Air site, you are welcome to utilize the same paving section as Exechangar in the areas where it
is feasible to excavate to the top of the rock. I have attached a copy of that paving section for your reference.
