Lynn the Million Air landscape plans needs to show the following, but please go ahead and release the landscape portion of the building permit, as it should not be a big deal to provide the items listed: 1. Substitute bald cypress and live oaks along Westgrove Drive with ornamental trees that will not conflict with the overhead power lines when the trees mature. Live oak and red oak trees shown elsewhere should be 4” diameter minimum. 2. Provide the percentage of landscaping versus the overall site (gross) square footage. 10% landscaping is required. I believe the plan provides this, but it needs to be documented. 3. The irrigation controller will need a freeze sensor connected to it. The controller specified does not have a built-in freeze sensor that I know of. Please let me know if the applicant needs additional information.
