I would like to clarify my comment regarding the plan review process.
 
I was not being critical of Clay Barnett or Chris Robinson. I was merely stating that the process itself is prone to delays due to multiple parties being involved and the path that the
information has to follow. Then there is the problem with the interpretation of the comments made. It would be helpful if communication with the party making the comments was direct
instead of through a third party, while keeping all parties in the loop.
