    I received a call this morning from Harry Lorton, Engineer with TxDOT. Mr. Lorton called to confirm that TxDOT is amenable to alternate pavement designs for the Millionair ramp.
He extended an offer for you to contact him at 512 658 1156 so he may verify TxDOT's position and answer any questions you may have.
