Thank you for your definitive response. Unfortunately, at least for us, we have been erroneously advised on at least five occasions over many months, that we would be operating under the Addison Airport “overall” SWPPP, and that an additional site specific SWPPP would not be required. I will advise Million Air of the additional costs and time required to comply with these requirements, and they will make the decision as to how they want to proceed. Thanks, Ron.
