Thank you for your definitive response.  Unfortunately, at least for us, we have been erroneously advised on at least five occasions  over many months, that we would be operating under
the Addison Airport “overall” SWPPP, and that an additional site specific SWPPP would not be required.

 

I will advise Million Air of the additional costs and time required to comply with these requirements, and they will make the decision as to how they want to proceed.

The airport’s industrial SWPPP does specifically preclude construction activities from being covered under the Airport SWPPP.    (it is attached) 

 

I have attached the Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Plan Checklist from the website for you to use as a reference.    

 

In order to schedule the pre-construction conference, we need the SWPPP and the Erosion Checklist completed.  Please let Clay or me  know how we can help.
