Bill: For our current runway project, we performed modulus tests to determine k-values at nine locations. The average of those is 151. The k-value of the sample near the existing Millionair ramp is 139. For the Exechangar project, they recorded California Bearing Ratio (CBR) and converted it to a k-value of 130. Let me know if you want to use K-value of 130 or perform tests to determine K-value.
