We have confirmed the SWPPP and the Erosion Checklist will be delivered to us Thursday evening.  We would suggest 10:00 AM Friday for the preconstruction meeting if that is convenient
for all parties involved.  Please let me know where we will be meeting.

We understand that the SWPPP plan will be complete on Friday.  In addition to this the only outstanding item is the engineer’s erosion checklist from Lynn Kadleck.  We would like to
schedule the preconstruction meeting for Friday with the understanding that these items would be submitted at the meeting or prior to issuance of a permit.

 

Please let me know what times work best for you on Friday.
