To survey each tract will require the consent of the property owner, and to obtain that consent I’ve prepared for each property a form of Temporary Access Agreement for Surveying Purposes. The form allows the Town (or its engineer or surveyor) to access each property to conduct a survey of the street; it extends through April 1, 2011, after which it expires. In preparing the form, I obtained property ownership information from the Dallas Central Appraisal District website. If the form is acceptable, I would appreciate if it could be distributed among the various property owners for execution. After all of the documents have been signed, the surveying work can begin.
