Clay- I'm working on the Marsh Business Park project at the corner of Marsh Lane and Realty Drive in Carrollton. I had spoken with you about a year ago regarding driveway access to Marsh Lane at a median opening. The owner is now moving forward with conceptual plans for the lots for marketing purposes. We are specifically looking at driveway access to Marsh Lane for Lot 2. I've attached a very conceptual site plan that we have started to work on for your use. In order to make Lot 2 marketable, the owner would like to be able to construct a driveway to Marsh Lane, but we are very limited with the existing median opening and the right turn lane at the Marsh- Beltline intersection.
