We discussed that option as well.  The existing median break cannot be utilized with out adding storage, which would shorten the stacking for the left turn lanes to Belt Line and cause
an unsafe condition.

I am working on a new development at the northwest corner of Beltline and Marsh.  Though the development itself is in the city of Carrollton.  I need to speak to someone about my curb
cut on Marsh.  I understand that Marsh at this location is under Addison’s jurisdiction.  Who should I speak to?
