We are reviewing the TIA and will send comments once the review is complete.  Once the TIA has been revised and approved, we will need three complete sets of engineering documents for
review and approval.  Once those are approved, the contractor can apply for a right-of-way permit.  Specifics on that process can be found on the Town of Addison website.
