This is that Oncor paperwork I was discussing with you this morning which is needed in order for Oncor to be able to provide facilities to serve the Bella Lane electrical service.

Clay,

I received a request from Joel Massey to install a transformer to serve city owned streetlights on Bella Ln.  and some outlets within the park.  Oncor plans to install a 50 kva transformer
on an existing pole and run an underground service in customer installed conduit to a meter pedestal.   This service conduit is the “civil construction” mentioned in the attached letter
of agreement.  There is no charge to the city for this installation.  However, I am required to obtain a signed agreement for every job prior to releasing the job to construction.  

 

Please sign the attached letter of agreement and return it to me so that I can release the job to be constructed to meet the time frame you need service.
