I have talked through everything with Clay and here is what we worked out and still need so we can start Ponte:

 

 

NTC Items:

Impact Fees & ROW Permit Fee - Reviewed all taps and fees, total is $ 1,210 which NTC will cut and bring to Pre-con, UDR to reimburse without mark up.

Pre-Con - first available date with Clay's Friday vacation and Monday holiday is Tuesday morning.  Clay will schedule exact time and let us know asap.

 

UDR / Icon Items:

SWPPP information needs to be conveyed to Clay as I told him we worked out, but please give him exact information

Proof of TDLR submission

Clay needs a copy of our contract that shows the line items and totals

5 sets of plans for City need to be brought to pre-con

Until we get some items flushed out I cannot give you an accurate start date.  I would think we are a week to two weeks out.  Items we need to discuss how to handle are:  

·         New SWPPP

·         ROW permit

·         Impact Fees

·         5 sets of plans from ICON

·         Precon meeting
