Per Wade, Dave has already inspected and may have already sent the necessary paperwork to Finance. I will check with Irritech regarding the backflow test. Is there an address associated
with the meter that I will have to give Finance to get the account set up? Once the account is set up with Finance how long will it take them to unlock the meter? We are doing everything
we can to get a majority of the Bermuda hydromulch down by September 15th.

Nick,
I believe that Wade inspected the meter, but it will need to be inspected by Dave Wilde so that he can send the necessary paperwork to Finance. Once Dave is complete, you can contact
Finance to set up the account. They will not turn on service until they receive the results of the tests on the backflow device.

Clay,
What will I need to do in regards to getting a water account set up with the Town of Addison for irrigation in the new open spaces tree farm south of the creek. It is my understanding
there is a meter in place that is locked until an account is set up.
