Attached is a streetlight account activation form for the Town of Addison. This is for the 150 Watt Metal Halide light that they requested. There is a light now in place and ready to
bill. 

 

Please ask the Town of Addison to use the attached form as a guide and contact their Retail Provider.  They can request that their Retail Electric Provider submit a Move-in for an unmetered
streetlight account on ESI ID 10443720008841146.
