location of a portion of an extension of Arapaho Road through the Town of Addison which has been approved by the Town Council. The construction of the Arapaho Road extension is contingent
upon the approval ofthe issuance of bonds to fund the project by the voters ofthe Town at a bond election to be held on February 12, 2000 and the subsequent sale of bonds for the project.
If the funding is approved by the voters at the bond election, the timing of the construction will be contingent upon the prioritization of numerous public works projects within the
