For example: A project not located on a DART ixed transit route that relieves traffic congestion on a parallel or intersecting DART route could be eligible for ,AP/CMS funding. t3. Any project not explicitly listed but considered allowable under DART's enabling legislation may be 'roposed for DART consideration.
