We also understand that the Town ofAddison intends to acquire the property for construction of a road, and that our appraisal will be used for the acquisition. Based on the time and personnel required to complete this assignment, our fee is $4,000.00. This i fee is based on the preparation of a complete appraisal that will be communicated via a selfI I contained report under definitions contained in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (or USPAP).
