Two cars sharing a common shaft. Fire Service safety features are NOT available. There is a key switch in the lobby to recall cars to the first floor. Lunar key openings for both cars on each floor are present. Elevator equipment is in the mechanical room in the parking garage.



Stairwells


North Stair & South Stair both run from PG to 4th floor and contain standpipes. South Stair has roof access by stairway. Door to roof is locked by a combination lock keypad.

Exterior doors unlock with activation of fire alarm panel.
